So i been doing some research on this place since maybe i started my interest in going to PAI (its still a 90% chance i will still go to thailand for my surge mostly because i refuse to do a stop over in sharia type nations ... I don't want to come across as a bigot but one can put 2 n 2 together lol ) .... But his take on colovaginaplasty (yes already know most here are not a fan of this but i plan on going stealth and the men i attract are hung like a horse to be trying to get 4-6 inches delth )......
<Removed Link- It is in the Links Directory>
thats their website i seen some reviews on realself ... and i think the daily mail ran a story on them because 3 brits went there for their surgery because they just did nit have time to wait on NHS list ....
but again i am more than likely going to thailand since I'm learning the language as we speak or attempting to on iPhone apps and thai music ...
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/real-life-stories/caitlyn-jenner-british-dad-dead-6077661
i wonder is she in this susans group ....
I also never knew India started giving their own trans community free grs in hospitals(instead of what they use to do over there ) ... so that is fabulous for my sisters/brothers

I would be very cautious about going to a doctor with very little reviews online. If you opt for colon vaginoplasty you can go to a reputable doctor who does that procedure. Perhaps Dr Chettawut or PAI or somebody else with many reviews.

also another thing that gets me is this technique "combining Penile Inversion and Sigmoid Colon." I thought its one or the other when doing this surgery . but if its the penile and colon shouldn't the vagina be like 12 inches plus  ???
he have pics on his page most seem to be from India (of course ) ... i can't stomach to look at a vagina myself ... or ding dongs for that matter (i am the 41 year old virgin technically when it comes to my pee wee hermann in the front )

definitely PAI since one would be in the hospital , i think for 7 days ... but i do wonder how often dr sutin(PAI) does Colovagiplasty annually

I think that the main think when choosing a doctor is to trust them. With non inversion technique I have 7"of depth. Perhaps non inversion will be enough for you. How much depth do you want to achieve?

I mean I had men that's been like 12 inches (hopefully never again ) .... And I been sexually assaulted and I think out of the box a lot and would hate to be assaulted again and ripped apart if u know what I mean ... I know I shouldn't think like that but I do ... And true story I despise surgery ... When I got my nose / breast done last year I panicked a day before and almost canceled til the girls in the office calmed me down [emoji85][emoji85][emoji85][emoji85][emoji85][emoji85][emoji85][emoji85][emoji85]

and somehow he incorporates the penile inversion in with the sigmoid colovaginaplasty ....Unless i read what the email to me stated ...Have you ever heard of this method ?
Also i wish they had pictures of how that scar looks
But look on the bright side darling one can always say " I gave birth and i gave him/her up for adoption " thats for the kids that take stealth to the extreme lol

Ladies,

First of all:

Olmec Institute and Dr. Kaushik are THE CHOCIE for all of the Hijiras in India and he is being treated with godlike status from the trans*community there.

Dr. Kaushik has been performing surgeries for the trans* community for more than 15 years and worldwide he is the NO1 choice for sigmoid colon SRS.

I am currently in the phase of also adding him to my list of surgeons for my doula services - and in terms of sigmoid colon SRS he can't be beat - because so far he has performed more sigmoid colon SRS worldwide than any other surgeon, and he 100% backs this SRS surgery technique as the best available technique to date, resulting from his decades long years of experience.

His arguments for sigmoid colon SRS are:

1) Alway adequate depth - 7-8 inches

2) Vagina completely hair free - due to the colon transplant

3) Vagina completely self lubricating, due to the colon mucosa

4) Fastest healing time with minimal dilation and minimal after care!!!!!!! Compared to full graft vaginoplasty SRS (Dr. Suporn/ Dr. Sanguan/ Dr. Chettawut, Dr. Burin PAI) the sigmoid colon transplant is FREE from the transplant shrinking process wich is ALWAYS prevalent in full graft vaginoplasty or penile inversion SRS. Usually the dilation ken be reduced to about 1 x a week or can be completely omitted after 4 - 6 months after surgery

5) The cosmetic results are outstanding - as can be seen on the website.

6) The sensation result also seem to be excellent.

The only downside is the cesarian like scar that will be here, due to the fact that the colon segment has to be harvested.

PAI also offers sigmoid colon SRS and in 2013 the number of the performed SRS Sigmoid colon surgeries was higher than the standard technique PAI uses (104 sigmoid vs 53 standard SRS).
Also PAI has 1 doctor who specifically only performs sigmoid colon srs.

From my perspective nowadays, I wish I had given sigmoid colon more thought, because from my point of view the benefits out way the negatives by far.
The time and after care of a full graft vaginoplasty is enormous and it will be like that for about the first 2 years.

On the other hand at that point of time I didn't know of anybody who was as skilled in sigmoid colon SRS than Dr. Kaushik in India is. I didn't have any idea that there was a transgender specific clinic in India at all.

So please stay away from treating this highly skilled and specialised surgeon with years of practice and constantly very good and excellent results as a "cheapo no-name" surgeon. Just because we haven't heard from him yet doesn't mean anything.

Indian Hijras have to be out and working again after SRS as soon as possible, so a short healing and recovery period is one major issue for Dr. Kaushik, and this is why he favours sigmoid colon SRS.

I'm one of Dr Kaushik's patients and had SRS mid May & he's a pure genius & is the #1 transgender surgeon in India and well earned.

Healing was fast. However your pre-existing health does make a difference. Smoking is the biggest cause of complications due to impeded blood flow.

I've done a 2 stage approach, penile only first and then sigmoid later on if I find depth inadequate. So far so good though anyway :)

I would only caution against flying out too early whether Thailand or India. My psychiatrist at the gender clinic had many stories of women having had great work done in Thailand etc and then having prolapses resulting from flights. I have no data to back this up but if you are to fly early ensure you're given some kind of anti-embolism injection. Discuss with your GP pre surgery if necessary.

But Dr Kaushik is a 10 on 10 & the staff were plain awesome, 24/7 care, private air-conditioned room, airport pick up and drop off, easy.

There are pictures on his page but some of them look so good that I got little suspicious. He seems very big in India though. Wish there was more reviews about him. His sigmoid colon vaginoplasty also cost only 6000 USD.

Exactly and for him to have done these surgeries for well over a decade why are we just now hearing bout him? Or did he just start up his own private clinic Olmec which is possible. But the 3 girls I have spoken to who have been interviewed by the likes of the daily mail makes me think he is authentic.
Plus he has identical before and afters (penis and neovagina pics on his site too)....

i found some other links of his of people who have been attacked with acid ... and he correct it for them

Hello,

My friend happens to know someone who has done a surgery at Olmec by Dr. Narendra. He says she is quite satisfied and has had no side effects. I used to stay in a different city and moved to Delhi a year back (Job Change). I was earlier planning to go with Dr. Chettawut, but after having had a consultation with Dr. Narendra at Olmec and being based out of the same city (easier recovery), I decided to schedule my surgery with him. Besides I was quite concerned about the depth and the frequent dilation (which is still needed after sigmoid colon vaginoplasty but is less frequent). I am sure DR. Chettawut is a great surgeon, in fact I visited him in Jan this year.

I would go with Dr. Chettawut for a normal penile inversion technique.
For Sigmoid Colon Vaginoplasty, I would opt for Dr. Narendra at Olmec since most of his operations are done using sigmoid colon.
