No, that is not normal. Feeling tired is normal for starting many drugs (especially things like anti-depressants or anti-anxiety meds, but it can happen with hormones too--though with me it was having a HARDER time sleeping not sleeping more), and I wouldn't be too worried if it was just tiredness--but you should not be feeling high. I would contact my doctor and let them know then follow their suggestions.
This is, of course, dependent on whether we are talking the same kind of "high." If you simply mean you're happy and feeling good when you were down before, then I wouldn't worry. But I am referencing symptoms such as light-headedness, not being able to follow events at a normal pace, thinking too slow or too fast to the point that it affects your ability to do things, or having any of the feelings that you would get after drinking wine or some other alcoholic beverage in a low dosage. If any of these things are happening, just call your doctor and let him know. T shouldn't be affecting your ability to think normally.
