I can't believe it's been 2 years since that moment of reckoning. Seems like just yesterday!

The first time I logged on here was more than 2 years ago. It was only about half a year earlier that I figured out who I was.  When I logged in here for the first time I was still in such denial. Now in 2016, 2 years transition and 23mo HRT, I've never been happier.

Hope this encourages others to be themselves.

This topic by Violet Bloom was very inspirational to me.  She is a year ahead of my transition, it was like looking 12 months into the future at my own.  One of my favorite threads here on Susans.

Wonderful video!  Congratulations, Monica Jean!
Earth my body, water my blood, air my breath and fire my spirit.

My personal transition path included medical changes.  The path others take may require no medical intervention, or different care.  We each find our own path. I provide these dates for the curious.

Monica Jean, that is very inspirational!  You also look very cute and happy.

I love the, " I survived testosterone poisoning" shirt.

+100 to everything Lilliana says.

Best transition video I've ever watched. Super uplifting.

And yes, we all want that Tshirt. Where did you get it?

Great video.

It's always so inspirational to see some ladies transition in their 30s or 40s.

Do you mean that ladies who transition in their 50s or 60s are less inspirational ? ;) :)

Ha, I was thinking the same thing but I know she does not mean it.  I hope my social security check is on time this month as I tire of my diet of cat food.

Oh no  :) they are of course super inspirational!

I'll be soon 40 myself, so it's just nice to see that there's hope in the world for people over 25  :)

I just wanted to tease you a little. ;)
You are lucky, 40 is almost as young as 25 ! :)

Thank you all for the positive words!  I never thought  would ever transition but now, 2 years later, I can't imagine the old life.

When I watch these videos it is the eyes that tell the story. At the beginning of each video the eyes are always so sad but in the end the happiness shines brightly. Wonderful video.
Hugs,
Heather
