Id like to make my butt and hips look wider, but idk how to without spending a lot of money or waiting for things to deliver from online websites, since I have some stuff coming up pretty soon. Any tips?

Get two sets of "body shaping" nylons, get a sheet of poster board and outline the hip/butt area you'd like to enhance, get a piece of 2" thick foam (from a craft store, Michael's or Joann's), and using a $5 electric knife (from a thrift store), cut out the pattern out of the foam.

Taper the foam from center-ish to the edge...put on one of the nylons, and as you align the pads, put on the second nylons over everything.

Adjust as needed.

Total cost will be about $30, most of which is the foam...look for coupons (often there are 40% off from both stores, and they accept each other's coupons).

There are YouTube videos showing this process.

:)
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

I made some hip pads from the foam sheet used in cooker hood extraction filters.
I just cut out some ovals getting progressively smaller and sewed them together to make a tapered pad, one for each hip.
Then I just placed them inside my 'trouser knickers', the ones they sell for controlling your waist and butt (very useful for 'tucking' too).
Cheap as chips and lasted me years.
My bra fillers were just the ends of tights cut off and filled with lentils and knotted up. The knots gave the impression of nipples under a bra and top.
Transitioning on the cheap! Well, I had no money at the time, and the girls at work all asked me how I got such a curvy figure
