I apologize in advance if I format this post incorrectly in any way, as this is my first post on this site..
Here goes nothing..
(I also apologize for these photos being so up close and personal, all of my photos are selfies that don't really expose below my collar bones..  ::))

I feel often that people don't know where to place me when they see me. The ma'aming has lessened, but it hasn't been replaced.. I feel people go out of their way to avoid using gender pronouns around me at all. I just.. exist. :-\

I've been strongly debating getting my hair cut at a barber for the sake of passing, but I also want long, glorious hair to couple with my facial hair once it starts growing in thicker (I know it's not visible in the photos, as it's just now started to grow in to the extent that it's sort of visible to people that aren't nearly snoot-to-snoot with me). I'm up for suggestions either way!
I am also 19 years old and have been on testosterone since March 9th, 2016, for anyone curious. :)

You pass and look hella cute :). I wouldn't cut your hair if you're happy with it being longer; I think it's more important to be happy with your presentation rather than follow rules to conform  (I think your hair suits you). By around 6-9 months on T you'll pass to everyone you meet so it seems pointless to get your hair cut as that's not really a long wait.

I'm currently growing out my hair from an undercut and it's nost likey gonna take ne a year to get it at least shoulder length :(

What do you think? First time wearing a binder (38E chest  :embarrassed: )

I think you sorta look androgynous. I think sorta longer hair with a quiff would make suit you better; as well as squarer glasses and more close fitting clothes. And the binder makes you look super flat so no worries about that.

Congrats on starting the trans journey btw; I can't imagine how hard it must be to start at an older age.

I think you pass quite well. Binding sucks, especially when you have a larger chest, but if you're self-conscious about it you can try layering shirts or wearing darker colors. Overall though, you've got it going pretty good right now.

Yep. I agree. What brand is it?
Changing your glasses frames would probably help a lot. I would go with something that has a full frame and is more rectangular.

I want to add that I envy your arms. Your wrists and forearms pass very well. I have very narrow wrists even for a woman (I can wear kids watches) so they always give me away.

Thanks for your comments guys. The binder is an underworks tritop. It's OK, wish it got me flatter but that might he the dysphoria talking :/ have got a gc2b on order too. I think my forearms are OK too, but I'm adding in exercises to build them more too. Am due an eye test, so will get squarer frames this time to help.

As for being older, I've always thought I was just gay, but as time has passed I've realised the truth. Not easy to accept it, but gotta try...

Dude, you pass and you look your age. 15-16 is best time to pass anyways since not all guys hit puberty quickly (as is your case) Hell, when I was in ninth grade there was this kid that didnt look like a highschooler until 11th grade, lol.

Chances are the voice might not make you pass but if you practiced it somewhat you'll pass as youre age. Youre lucky.

Hopefully you get on T when its legal so you can smoothly transition

Luckily for me my voice does pass, I've never had anyone comment on it badly and when I'm on Skype or something with people who don't know I'm trans they don't question it. I don't really get sir or anything on the phone though, but I've not had miss either for a few years luckily. My voice is kinda gender neutral but more towards the male side xD

I'd also recommend wearing shirts with horizontal stripes to hide your chest. I don't know why but horizontal stripes seem to hide everything.

So like I said I got my hair cut recently, I dont like it much when its dry since it fluffs out and seems kind of girly to me

^this is when its dry

^ I like how it looks when wet

I might get the bottom of it trimmed more to make it more masculine,

I do pass though, Ive been called sir and other terms for the past two months. That surprises me since I dont see it, but hey I wont complain.

Your hair (when it's dry) doesn't look as feminine as you think. In and of itself it's more of an androgynous cut, but some of your other features help to tip it ever so slightly to the masculine side.
A lot of your traits are already pretty masculine--your nose and jawline especially--and I think the one downside to the longer hair is that it takes away from some of the impact of those features.
In the images where your hair is wet and less predominant, your other attributes stand out.

I think you'd be a really good candidate for a short cut. Not a buzz or anything... but something shorter than it is. Of course, I realize you just got it cut and I'm not trying to be a douche. But it may be something you could consider for the next time.
I mean, if longer hair's your thing, rock it. But if you were a little more conservative with the cut because you were worried about pulling off shorter hair, in my opinion, you shouldn't be.

I honestly really like how it poofs out like that. Maybe it looks worse other times, but in these pictures, it looks great. Very male. I wouldn't question your gender at all. Wet, I don't think it looks so good. But if you really do like it better that way, invest in a straightener, but make sure you get one that can do a lower temperature, and always straighten it at the lowest temp your hair will take it at (otherwise, it will dry your ends out, and cause it to poof in even more unwanted ways when you don't straighten). A straightening shampoo and conditioner will also help weigh your hair down over time, and it will lay more flat on its own.

I know a lot of guys with your haircut, that poofs like that, and I always find it very masculine. It's a great longer-guy haircut. I think it looks great as-is. You're actually lucky you can pull it off so well, since the length is closer to a female bob. If you don't want it as thick when it's dry, maybe you can talk to the barber about layering the underneath a bit, so you can keep the length all around.

Maybe I can just appreciate your cut so much since my hair is too thick and wild to ever be able to lay like that or wear that cut, but it really does look good and manly!

I really like the hair--especially the dry. You look very masculine to me, so no worries there. Beyond that, it's a matter of what you're comfortable with!

My hair is much floofier, lol, in a similar cut. I've got a lot of wave/curl. I've only passed to a toddler so far. If I'm brave at some point I'll post here. Still pre-everything. :)

Thanks guys! The feedback and advice it is much appreciated!
Turns out product kind of helps and hsnt had that 'poof' look in a couple days, and Ive also started seeing it as not that bad anyways. Also I only decided to cut it not too short because I was uncomfortable with a big change, once I get used to this I might graduate to trimming it a bit shorter and see where my ideal hairstyle/length lies from there. It'll be an interesting project on my part since Ive had long hair all my life and no idea how a "male" haircut would look on me.

Hey man, what I do is post it to a secondary image hosting service such as imgur, imgur will let you choose and submit an image and when it is submitted it will give you a code to copy and paste onto your post which will allow the image to appear, basically  tags if I recall

Hello everyone, please be kind, I've been having an awful couple of days, although I seem to pass 100% and have been doing so for several months. What do you guys think? Sorry for the semi nekkid pics (sfw), post-shower seems to be my optimal photo taking time.
