OH MY GOD.....your little one is so cute, just those little toes and fingers, and that smile just forces me to smile uncontrollably and talk in a baby voice,
anyways sorry about the outburst, now i believe that honesty is the best way to go because i get sick of asking for help about my own image and all i get is overly supportive comments that make me feel like im being lied too and can't get the honest truth, so i will give you my honest opinion because that is what i would hope you would give me in return,
so the one thing that hormones cannot change is bones and cartilage(i know cartilage can change slightly but not much), so the typical masculine features that most transwomen our age deal with that will most likely not change are brow bossing, nose shape, chin shape/jaw, and trachea, so those are the only area's i think are worth worrying about, as for lips and cheeks i found mine changed a lot from hormones and getting those area's modified ends up just making you look unnatural and overdone
so in your case you actually have a very similar face to my own,
you do have a masculine brow ridge, now it will soften slightly due to hrt over time and mine did, but i still feel that it will be an area that you will struggle with like myself later on down the road,
now you also have a very prominent nose, now it is straight and narrow which is very attractive in the straight on front profile but as in the same case as myself you will struggle with your side profile, and a rhinoplasty would benefit you very much and in almost everyone's case who doesn't want their nose to look different,
as for your jaw/chin i believe you have an acceptably feminine jaw and the jaw gets softened slightly due to muscle reduction in the masseter muscle area, now as for your chin, you have the same side profile as myself and have what is considered a "weak chin", basicly it means that your chin is not as prominent as most others, and also in the frontal profile your chin does have a slight squareness to it, the only thing i would assume that would be necessary is to get a chin implant that would bring it forward and also change its shape to make it more slender and pointed,
and finally the trachea is the one area that i cannot make proper judgement from your pictures because i cannot see if you have and adams apple or not and would have to be your own judgement,
now from what i said i dont believe you would need anything more than those changes and in reality you might not need those changes in the future depending on how you change with hrt, and 3 years down the road you might not even care anymore because in most cases passing is just as simple as confidence and personality and just smiling more often, so dont think you can't pass without surgery because you do in the first picture
