So each month at the end of an hrt month as I call it, I experience period like symptoms, but I don't cycle my hormones which would mean that I shouldn't experience any kind of period right? Is there something more at work here?

In the last few months there is another thread about this. CIS women who live together have their periods sync up due to pheromones. Animals can detect them and while we normally can't they still seem to have an effect on our body. If you are living in close proximity to a woman, it's possible you  are syncing up with her. Otherwise it may  be your own biological clock that's doing it. Thanks to the $100 words, I found the thread.

I live at home with my family and I have sisters and my mom, but I'm not synced up with them so it's probably my biological clock then. But that's good to know!! Thank you and thank you for the linked post.

I have only been on HRT for 10 months and all that i get as far as a period symptom is SEVERE IRRITABILITY

Mine are physical symptoms and not so much irritability and moodiness.

It's very interesting to see that everyone here seems to have some form of period, at least the people who responded o.o
