I weight about 100 pounds. I hate my skinny body.my doctor said u may  gain or lose few pounds during spiro but its me or people with curves are more happy in their (MtoF)body.

I'm not a doctor but if he is not planning to subscribe both Spiro and estradiol you might want to consider a different endo. It's fine to only start with Spiro for a short time but your body needs either sex hormone to function properly.

I also started at 25, and skinny. You should be on both an estrogen and Spiro if you want to develope a feminine body. Without any estrogens, you will probably present an androgynous appearance.

It seems pretty common to start out on an anti-androgen like spironolactone, and once the endocrinologist sees how well you tolerate that (and that testosterone level has dropped), to add Estrodiol in.  I was spiro only until we had a second set of labs to compare against the baseline, partially because we only wanted to change one variable (the meds) at a time, and partially because of some oddities in the baseline measurements calling for some caution.

I was nervous about it at the time and had posted here, but it has all worked out.  Just ask the endocrinologist when you should start Estrodiol.  (WHEN, not IF.  Set expectations with the endo.)
Earth my body, water my blood, air my breath and fire my spirit.

My personal transition path included medical changes.  The path others take may require no medical intervention, or different care.  We each find our own path. I provide these dates for the curious.

Same with me. I was started on spiro first and estrogen was added about 4 months later. You will likely gain some weight but it is not a given, and you can push back on weight gain if you desire.

I never did understand the whole AA for x amount of time then start E. My docs started me on E, AA and P immediately, might have something to do with my low base T levels though, idk.

When I started I weighed about 115-120 lbs, a few years later I was at 145 (my heaviest) and then I dropped down to 130, however my boobs and butt have mostly stayed the same in terms of fat, despite the weight loss.

So my advice is if anything try gaining weight gradually as the years go by, rather then trying to gain it in a short amount of time. I say this because fat redistribution takes years to happen fully and with a steady gain, it should redistribute to the ideal areas rather than mostly in your gut. Quick weight gain mostly goes to the tummy pouch that E creates.
