When you say you have dense facial hair, does that mean you don't tend to trim it down? Because if you do, a cream foundation is good because it's thicker than powder or liquid, and can do wonders to cover stubble. I also have a friend I can ask, as he is both a makeup artist/enthusiast and has quite the beard.
