Hi everyone :)

So I started HRT 15 months ago, and I feel like I changed a lot. Due to the fact that I had a light frame and feminine vouce and mannerisms, after HRT I found I easily passed. However I still can't help but feel like a touch up could be a good idea as I become dysphoric looking at my face sideways as I have a bit of brow bossing, and protuding nose. Tell me please what are your suggestions and procedures you would reccommend to me. Thanks!

My view is you don't need anything as your face is very feminine already. However if you have money burning  a hole in your pocket and you really want to do something, your nose could be reshaped a little. Be careful about anybody who wants to make major changes to it because it only needs a small amount of work. The work would involve a little off the front to clean up the line. A little off the side to bring it back in proportion and tilting the bottom up about 10 to 15 degrees. This is a case where a delicate touch is best.

On the side, if you are unable to walk without breathing through your mouth, you should have your passages opened up at the same time. It makes a world of difference.

I don't believe that anyone, ever is going to clock you based on your face. You are pretty, and your face is definitely within the female range.

You don't need anything!

If you want to have facial surgery to improve your appearance than your nose is probably the place to start. And, a lot of cis women do have this done as well.

Your eyes are deep-set, but a lot of beautiful women have deep-set eyes. Look at Keira Knightley and Julia Roberts.

My ugly face passes more than half the time without any makeup.  You look about 100 times prettier.  LOL

I doubt that anyone will ever see any male there.  :-)
Love is not obedience, conformity, or submission. It is a counterfeit love that is contingent upon authority, punishment, or reward. True love is respect and admiration, compassion and kindness, freely given by a healthy, unafraid human being....  - Dan Barker

Aurorasky, that's a girls face as is.   Whether you want to surgically mess with it is up to you; but if it were mine, I'd not put a single scratch on it.
