Virginia Hall

Hello to everyone,

I wanted to introduce myself as I am new to your website. I'll try and keep it brief. I transitioned in the 1970s and never looked back. A lot has changed in those years and a lot has not. I am heartened that so many people have dared to break out of the scripts handed to them at birth and decided this is their movie and not someone else's.

I hope to make a contribution and to learn.

When I am not on message boards I am a mainstream writer of novels. I write gender related novels under the name Virginia Hall. This has caused me to go back to my roots--not always pleasant as it tears open old wounds I thought had healed. Healing can sometimes happen in an environment like this.

Thank you.

Hello Virginia,

I also would like to offer you a welcome to the site. I am very new to knowing myself, especially compared to the years that you have had the opportunities to know the world as Virginia. Susan's Place has helped me to understand how magical this journey can be. I trust that it will also help you see new views of the life that you are so familiar with. I look forward to hearing more of your story as you become more comfortable here.

Best wishes,
Anne

The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS
