Hey folks,

It is a little more than one year since went full time. I don't think, I have ever been clocked. However, over the last week or so, I started losing confidence in myself. Here is how I look today - no makeup, right the morning shower. Are my fears unfounded? Am I just being stupid and too hard on myself?

Big hugs ...

Sneha

Do you look male? No. Do you look down in the dumps? Yes. You may want to take steps to work on your depression, whether it's therapy, making some changes in your life (job, relationship), lifestyle (sleep cycles, exercise, and so on), leaning on your support group (friends, family) or whatever you need to do, even chemical intervention if necessary.

First of all, this is without any makeup??  Girl, you are beautiful!

Also, you are not being stupid.  Anxiety, fear, self doubt, and the like can really muddle our thoughts and turn us against ourselves.  Allow yourself to feel these negative feelings, but in a way to understand why they are there now.  You say that you've been full time for a year, perhaps this milestone - albeit super positive - is scaring you?  Whatever the case, there is always reaching the other side, sometimes it's this anxiety that proves we are doing exactly what we are supposed to do.

You're wonderful, don't forget that <3
