"Transgender woman Dewani, 24, died, abandoned by our trans community, stricken with advanced AIDs left laying in garbage next to an HIV treatment center.

Dewani was discovered by members of Trans Action Alliance a few weeks ago in this deplorable state outside of the Iqbal Plaza and with the help of UNAIDS personal were able to get her admitted to hospital where she died left untreated."
