I had gynecomastia as a teenager and had significant changes in my nipples. Many years later, I finally started HRT. I have been on HRT for about three months now. Sadly,I didn't take pictures before starting HRT. My breasts feel heavier and seem too have more mass, however, I don't really see any changes yet in my nipples.  I know it is a slow process, but I was curious of what to I might expect since I had changes from the gynecomastia?

I had some gynecomastia as a teen and young adult, for most of my life i was a large A or small B cup. Im my experience  HRT has gone very well for breast growth, i just measured myself at a large 38D ( i was still in a C six months ago) and i expect i might be looking at DD.

It is actually sort of scary. I have no idea if gynecomastia made me more prone to breast development or not. As  Kay says everyone is different.

My nipples immediately got larger on HRT and my areolas started to widen soon after. Since i started progesterone about 6 months ago, they also have started to darken and the aerolas have further increased in size.

I never took and drugs to cause gynecomastia,my breasts developed to a AA and has stayed that way for 38 yrs.  I know if I were to take hormones they would grow to a c or d cup.

Thanks for the responds! So far I believe the nipples have gotten larger. The areoles has been harder to tell.
