I'm not from Sweden but from Norway, so not gonna be the most useful. I'm having issues myself, even though I'm now on the wait list for the surgery.
On the Norwegian site it says "Plastikkirurgisk avdeling har et godt samarbeid med plastikkirurgisk avdeling i Linköping i Sverige, samt avdelinger i Belgia og Nederland. Which at least calmed me a little, knowing that they worked with other countries in Europe, I'd assume it's the same for sweden. Since Sweden and Norway works together I think the surgical method is pretty similar, advanced penile inversion. Individual surgeons don't seem to matter too much in EU countries. I called the patient coordinator at the hospital I'm getting my surgery and I'm gonna get a call back from the surgeon who will be having my surgery. Gonna ask him about 15 questions or so, I could tell you the replies to the questions that could be relevant to you (assuming Sweden and Norway uses a similar technique but I don't see why we wouldnt).
