What would have worked for me had I not been totally exhausted as I returned to work for to early would be waking up about 3 hours before work, dilating, going to work and doing my work, dilation as soon as I get home and then one before drifting off. As it turned out, I ended up sleeping 12 hours a day and cut back to two dilations on week days, three on week ends. I was lucky I didn't appear to lose anything but it was a risk I wouldn't advise taking.

You might consider a dilation as soon as you get home from work and then an evening nap, a dilation and then bed time. The only other option I see would be to shift your wake up time to around 8 AM and your bed time around midnight.

Unfortunately I don't know the level of exhaustion you will have at that point and that will determine when and how much sleep you will be requiring.

I think its depends to some extent on the surgeon and the kind of work you do, so you might want to post that in this thread.

I anticipate dilations at 8 AM, 5-6 PM - yes, I'll have to go find a private spot for this one and sometime between midnight - 2 AM.

Will find a way.

I went back to work at 4 weeks, and it was fine. I actually had almost another week of the 4x-daily dilation at that point; I drove home during lunch to do a dilation for those five days I was working.  For 3x-daily, it wasn't so bad; I did one in the morning before work, one right when I got home, and one before bed. I did have to get up about 20 minutes earlier, but that was the only change in my usual routine. (I went to Brassard, of course, so I had the same dilation routine you will - I think I had a slightly different schedule for which dilators to use and when, but the number of times per day and amount of time per session was the same.)

I Am Jess

I just started back to work this week which was a little over 5 weeks since my surgery.   My doctor only requires 2x a day dilation. I use the Soul Source dilators and I am using #3 of 4. I will check with my Dr. tomorrow about how soon I can move up to #4. I haven't lost any depth with my 2x a day schedule.

I went back to work 1 week 5 days after surgery.  My SRS was with Dr Bowers and I was supposed to dilate 3 times a day.  My schedule was:
- 7 am wake up.  Dilate for 20 minutes.  Shower, go to work.
- 3 pm find single person bathroom. lay out yoga mat.  dilate for 10 minutes.  wimper at lying on a bathroom floor.  sigh and go back to work.
- 9 pm Dilate for 20 minutes.  clean up.  go to bed.
It is now week 4.  During the last 3 weeks of work I tried to start working in days where I came home early for the afternoon dilation and then worked from home.

A couple of days ago I talked with Dr Bowers' office about a few things like making sure they had the right address to send my official girl card and I asked about the struggle on doing 3/day.  The answer was that I could drop to 2 a day.  In my case I am doing real good and moved up dilator sizes a little over a week ago.  I tried the 2/day for the past two days and have not noticed any problems with dilation.  It still sucks but no worse than it did before.

In the end, almost any path you take depends on how well you are recovering.  If I were you I would put together a plan that lets you dilate in the middle of the day and then hope you can cut it short earlier than expected.

Good luck and welcome to the CTC (Camel Toe Club)

Ok, just had my 1 month checkup this morning.  The doctor said that I was setting a record on recovery and was way ahead of the curve.  I am noting it here to help manage expectations on my earlier schedule.  I hope you recover faster than me but just to help set context in case you don't.
