I've been working with a trainer for the past couple of months to help me get in shape, and lose some weight. Coming into it my one requirement is that I don't want to bulk up, or add any muscle, just get toned. The trainer has come up with some really creative exercises, and I'm pleased with the results. Each session is something different, and I never know what to expect.
We use a TRX, boxes, medicine ball, and some light weights. Non training days I usually ride my bike.
