I've discovered there's a national shortage in my hormone of choice -- a snafu on the manufacturing side has led to needing new FDA approval, which has yet to happen.  So my precious Estradiol Valerate, done via injection, is currently off the table.

So, a general question -- does anyone have any experience with the relatively subjective difference between generic estradiol oral meds (Estrace pills, for example) versus the IM delivery of estradiol cypionate?

I'm seeing my endoc in a little less than a couple of weeks, and kind of want to know what my own preference would be.
What you look forward to has already come, but you do not recognize it.

From what I gather, IM EC relative to IM EV is 4-10 x more potent although some would argue, from personal experience, it is not. That's all I got. Best of luck. :)
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience
