Ribcage cramps on spiro?

Just got started on HRT on Friday night! oral estradiol and spiro, a little bit every 12 hours.
I'm getting a lot of cramps in my ribcage that are annoying. When I look up cramping in the ribcage, the general advice is that it is usually caused by 1: dehydration and 2: low electrolytes, including blah blah blah and potassium. But since spiro is potassium fixing, I worry about my potassium going through the roof if I just start gulping down sugarless sports drinks like the general advice suggests. I tried upping my water intake even more, but I have only had mixed luck with that so far. Not sure if I am underestimating what 'even more water intake' looks like and need a better routine to meter it, or if I am shorting myself on something else.

Suggestions on how to help with the cramps without overdoing the potassium?

Eat Corn Chips?  Avoid high potassium foods, and eat items with sodium.  Take a multivitamin.  After work I can give a list of high potassium foods.

Careful with the water, too much water is bad, been there, done that, not fun.  Worst part, Water intoxication has similar symptoms to Dehydration.

Talk to your Doctor.

Eat SALT, when you have cravings.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience
