I am a biochemist but not a doctor. You should check the blood values at a doctor. That said, I think antiandrogens are a nuisance. The feedback mechanism of the hypothalamus - pituary gland - gonads with estradio and testosterone works in a way that if estrogen is high enough, the system will downregulate testosterone production by itself, no antiandrogens needed unless maybe that feedback does not work in you or there are still issues with increased DHT. If there is still LH present , and with it T, the estrogen dosage has to be increased - preferrably with transdermal application as oral application in the required dosage may have side effects. Your doctor should be able to find the right dosage for you that allows suppression of testosterone without spiro, and THEN feminization can take off
