But i would like to do my NOSE before this next year if posiblle in my Land, we have some good Rhinoplasty suergons...
My question is later when FFS will be done if the doctor will agian have to corect my nose because of forhead shave, IS IT POSSIBLLE TO MAKE MY NOSE RUINED if done it 2 times???? Has had any here expirience doing before FFS complete before the nose????

Hello.   I had FFS in 2 step.

-Rhinoplasty, tracheal shave, chin contouring and breast implants on february 2016
- Forehead type 1  september 2016

So yes it is totally possible if you have a great and competent surgeon.   It is however better to do them both at the same time so the surgeon can give the best angle to your nose according to your new forehead.

I also did my FFS in 2 steps:

Jan 9, 2016 - rhinoplasty
Sep 10, 2016 - forehead, browlift, upper blepharoplasty, trachea shave

The rhinoplasty was completely necessary.  I had a huge, very masculine-looking nose.  Also a big bump on the bridge of my nose.  Dr. Zukowski did a perfect job making the dramatic change necessary to make my nose look very feminine.  The rest of my FFS was maybe more optional, since I had no problems passing after my rhinoplasty.  I still felt it was needed for my own well-being though, so I had those additional procedures done.  These changes were much more subtle I think, but also very effective.  Again I went with Dr. Zukowski for the second time.

I agree with archlord that it is better to do all the FFS at once.  First of all, it will cost less money (since you only have to pay once for the anesthesia and hospital/facility costs).  Post-op recovery also really sucks, so it's nice to only have to go through that once (although it could be argued that if you split it up into multiple procedures, you may experience less pain/discomfort each time, which might make things easier overall).

But to your main point, since the nose and forehead are so close in proximity to each other, adjusting one will affect the other.  That is the primary reason to get them done both at once, so that the final effect looks more natural.  And I think you are right to be concerned about having rhinoplasty done twice, as I believe that the chance of a good result diminishes each time (although I have heard first-hand accounts of really good rhinoplasty revisions too).

Ultimately, the decision is up to you.  If you want to go about it in multiple steps, you can certainly do so.  Archlord appears to have had a good result doing it this way, and I most definitely have as well.

I would say the only concern of doing nose first is that often forehead and nose are done together. So if you do end up having forehead reconstruction later on, the nose may need to get adjusted to match the new forehead.

If the nose is done by another surgeon, the FFS surgeon will usually charge more and have less to work with. But maybe, if FFS is a decade off, it would be worth it, but for best results, an untouched face is recommended.

If you're going to do it in two stages, have your forehead and nose done at the same time first, and for the next round do the mandible/chin/upper lip (and boobs, if you want).

What you look forward to has already come, but you do not recognize it.

THE PROBLEM IS I CAN NOT MAKE IT BOUTH TOGETHER NOW
Because my nose sergeoun who is very good dont do the forhead and i wouldd like to do the forhead etc as i told before by FACIAL TEAM IN MARBELLA SPAIN
So the nose job is also in my land not so expensive and it will be done with the breast arg. wich pays the inssurance, so thats why i would like to make the nose alone pay it in the free surgery with breasts
If  the FACIAL TEAM HAS THEN again to make the Nose job is it not good to have a nose job twice done????
Cuz i cant afford now to go to Spain and do nose plus forhead
Its teh circumstances because of the breast surgery why i would like to make rhinoplastic with it and its good and cheap :((((((((
I hoped some one here has the expiriences make the nose and then the other things, if i could i would do it together but i cant and my nose and the jaw are the bigesst forblems, my forhead is not so vissable also i dont have TRACHEA and HAVE OK FULL LIPS dont need them to up also nu eye brow lift im 25 i can do the lift when im older

Well - it seems you are already decided on what to do.

But if you really want to know what would be best, it would be to do both together. And honestly if the timeframe is just one year between rhinopplasty and FFS - I would just wait that year and do it together. The rhinoplasty will not even be fully healted after that one year. If you have to wait 5 years, maybe it makes sense to do one first and then the rest much later.

The reason is, that depending on the change during FFS, the nose may have to be adjusted.
I had a consultation with a rhinoplasty specialist once and he said if he would make my nose very feminine, it would not match my face as it is now - if I would have FFS, it may match, but until then the nose would make the rest of my face look more masculine in comparison. Also it is hard for a rhinoplasty surgeon to judge what the change from an FFS would be like and make the nose fit to that future change. If it is a FFS surgeon who does the nose, he may be able to judge that, but some other plastic surgeon less so. So if you get nose done by Facialteam or another FFs surgeon first, they can probably do it in a way that a future FFS will not require a redo.

That said - A lot of people had their nose done and then redone during FFS, but its of course additional risk and costs.

With facialtem, the nose costs about 5000 in addition to the FFS. I assume now it would be much cheaper for you, right?

I am sorry to say this, but your financial estimate is not correct. The procedures you mentioned will probably sum up to about twice the price you mentioned, maybe more (the hairline advancement alone is usually in the range of about 7000 EU). So maybe you will need to postpone this - in which case a rhinoplasty now would make more sense than if you go for Marbella in a year, but I still would not recommend it. If you just started transitioning, there are many other things that makes people see you as trans, the nose is not the first priority. Work on HRT, voice, electrolysis and such first. Even BA, I would postpone until 3 years into HRT - I did this too early and regret not waiting longer for my natural breasts to grow for 4 years maybe.

My experience has led me to a couple of thoughts:

* Rhinoplasty can make a difference, make you "prettier" but it is not a big gender marker changer. That's because the nose genders you in how it meets the forehead. Forehead + rhinoplasty is what will yield a powerful gender marker change. Look at the stars who have quite prominent noses and are still regarded as beautiful. Some white girls who rock it: Lady Gaga. Sarah Jessica Parker. Streisand. Sofia Coppola. The Dirty Dancing Jennifer Gray. So if feminizing your face is the imperative, you can put rhinoplasty lower on your list.

* I had rhino done alone as an add-on during bottom surgery. It was okay, but I ended up paying extra when I had my full FFS done because of the scarring from the first procedure, which makes the second time a bit more complicated to do well. (And the first surgeon was top-notch for soft tissue.) So was my nose "ruined" by having to re-do it? No. But I ended up paying more $ in the end.

* There are a zillion rhinoplasty surgeons who can give you a gorgeous nose. Look at all the cis girls who get it. So if budget is tight, forehead without rhinoplasty will not leave you in the lurch.

* Upper lip shortening can have a huge impact. By showing more of your upper teeth, it feminizes that entire area of the face, even if you have a very strong nose. And it typically will cost less than rhino. Be sure to go to an expert in soft tissue work. It seems like SRS surgeons are experts with skin. Bone work is a different deal, and very few surgeons seem to be top in face and bottom surgery. Not knowing you or what you look like, I couldn't say for sure, but a longish upper lip can make any woman look kind of masculine. So maybe that's something to consider. (And the lip shortening is also done by every masterful plastic surgeon who does facelifts etc.)

I hope this helps! Whatever you do, best wishes on a great result and fast recovery!

I'm ready for my close-up Mr. DeMille. For me it was turning profile that caused concern. There is a site that's still up in which the person had the works done by Outserhout who has placed his practice in the hands of a young up-and-coming facial surgeon. Because this procedure reduced the physical size of the skull by shaving bone, the results good. The old adage "go to the doctor that doctors go to" hekped me choose O. I personally know five MDs that had their FFS done by him. How could I not have aggressive bone work done?

Notice the optical illusion in all faces, cis and trans when seen in profile. The female nose enters the face below the eyes. The male nose enters above the eyes. It's an optical illusion because of the brow. The male brow protrudes. The female brow markedly less so. Making the nose smaller does not deal with the brow.
