Fraioli is a politics major who has worked with the Office of Student Diversity Programs and the Office of Institutional Diversity Initiatives. He is president of Alliance, a group for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender students and straight allies, which exists to promote diversity and acceptance on campus and raise awareness of those and multicultural issues.
