If your metabolism is high enough, or you don't eat enough, to put on fat,
then yeah, breasts growth coming from fat would be hard.
But, it depends. Some people have breasts that are mostly gland tissue
(that's especially the case in younger women, who are in general thinner)

But, even with a high metabolism, its possible to gain weight if you do it
systematically (say count you calories); with high estrogen and low T
in theory, if  you've got no middle fat disrupting fat distribution,
the fat should all in the lower body, on the face, under the arm and in the breasts

So am I going to have a very difficult time with a high metabolism and being 6' and weighing 135?  I eat what I think is lots and lots of food, just my metabolism is really fast I guess (thank you genetics sort of).

I eat 6-8 meals a day, not including my unhealthy snacks of chocolates and an occaisional soda.  I'll chug canola oil and all that.  Granted I'd only been on HRT for a few weeks, full HRT I mean, I still think it might work.  I HAVE noticed that I'm not NEARLY as moody when I am well fed, which means my body is demanding a lot of food because it's probably undergoing a ton of changes.

Just saying ;D  I'll prolly be a fatass in a few months,  but hey who cares right

Oh gosh those things taste so horrible if I remember correctly.  My dad tried to force feed me them a while ago when I was even skinnier than I am now haha.

Hey I'm about the same as you kalt :)  6 meals/snacks total a day. . . although I eat bad like once a day with my good chocolate and chips!  I don't drink soda though I find it disgusting, I'm a water only person!  And the only way I'd ever use oils is when I cook hehe.

Hi, Shanetastic,

The protein supplement that I bought for Cindy is a powder and it comes in vanilla, chocolate and other flavors.  She mixes it with milk and believe me, if it didn't taste good to her (at least) she wouldn't drink it.

Liquid whey protein can taste lousy unless you do it 50/50 with something like blueberry-flavored iced tea, as one of my friends, an RN, did.

Hope this helps.

Being intimately involved with the fitness industry, I know quite a lot about protein supplementation.

Taste is a big thing.  Unfortunately, a lot of the powders that the companies actually took the time to make it taste good also have a ton of other things besides just protein>.<  Creatine, taurine, gensing, and the list goes on.  Some of these formulas even have small bits of viagra in them.

A lot of guys get really picky about what they put in their body, crappy taste or not.  They come up with things like: PROTEIN PANCAKES, simply mix into the pancake batter and have at it.  PROTEIN BIQUITS, yup, make a batch once a week and put tons of butter on it.  MILKSHAKES.  PUDDING.  MUFFINS.  Anything that's baked or make up, you can load it up.

Don't forget those energy/protein bars.

And just a bit of advice, go for short ingredient lists.  "100% Whey Protein" is a good name.  Don't get the whey from walmart, it will load you up with so much sugar and caffiene and whatever else is in it you'll get high, and then you'll vomit.  Whatever doesn't come out will make a loud exit during your next BM.  I've heard good stuff about milk proteins.  People on here get pissy when I say soy protein, but that stuff tastes the best out of all of them.  Anyone tried peanut butter protein powders?

Now with this information comes the real question :P

Do you think it would help breast growth!

And kalt, I used to drink those supplement drinks when I went into huge machoness go to the gym thing a while ago.  They always tasted awful and it was painful to drink but I did it.  I think I tried strawberry, chocolate malt, and vanilla, all of them tasting god awful lol.  I used to add like peanut butter and ice to the chocolate malt one and it made it taste all right if blended, but still hard to drink the whole thing of it.

What do you mean Rachael?
There is a direct correlation between body fat percentage
and breast fat content (and thus size).
If you get as thin as me you may be unpleasantly surprised !
You do realize that gland and fat is mixed, so the full extent
of a breast's fat content is not easy to ascertain.
The main reason for a women needing to change bra size
is wieght loss and gain.

Rachael

i didnt say the size wouldnt change, just the breast gland itself. surely that is the aim of wanting bigger breasts? a side poduct of all that crud youd pour into your system would make you so fat that your boobs didnt matter!

Hi Keira tanks
I believe you had that information on another of your posts some time back, about boobs and fat and the darn hard to get rid of pot and you suggested walking. Well you were right about the walking, it was exactly what the Doc prescribe to us Wing Walker and I  just a few weeks ago. See, I listen to the stuff you say.

I find you can ask al the questions you want and get all kinds of answers. Some times you just have to try it, I'm definatley going to try that Protine drink. I've always been skinny too and I cant put on weight no matter how much I eat. I'm not bone skinny anymore but 7months ago I was 18 pounds now I'm 119 pounds at 5'3 and I have tried that whole time to get fat...It just doesn't work. Everyone is different so all you can do is try it and see if you it works for you, but thanks for the tip on the Protine drink. :)

Well I guess that beg the question, then:  Is it possible to simultaneously lose weight and grow breast size?  Or are these two thing mutually exclusive?

Hi Rachael
Only if we can switch ages and I get to keep my lion's mane for hair too.

Kristi, depends how much weight you lose and how
high your E and P is and your sensibility to it.

You'll lose more weight in the breasts if you lose it post HRT
than pre HRT, since E will tend to send more fat into the
breasts for storage. Losing much weight fast post HRT
is a recipie for sagging breasts no matter the age.

So, its better not to gain too much weight if you
want to keep your breasts perky (and smalller,
but the perkiness more than compensate).
