Out of curiosity--if you don't mind me asking, do you want to get testicular implants?

Also, if you already got testicular implants, what exactly has your experience with them been like?

I go back and forth about it. On one hand, I'd like a "full" looking scrotum. But on the other hand, I'd prefer to reduce my risk of complications and I'd be very concerned about rejection. I've heard a lot of stories about guys who are just fine with them and never have issues, guys who start having issues immediately, and then guys who don't have issues until several years down the road.

I've got about 6 more months to make an initial decision. I'm leaning heavily towards no.

Do you mean biological rejection?

Yeah, the experience of this might be different for various trans-men; indeed, you are talking about trans-men here, correct?

Due to the risk of complications and rejection?

Yes for all questions you asked. I will definitely not be getting an erectile implant and I'm leaning towards no testicular implants either.

OK.

Also, out of curiosity--do you think that I posted this specific thread of mine in the correct place? Indeed, this thread of mine unfortunately appears to be getting few views and replies here. :(

There are very few guys on the board who have had bottom surgery or are currently pursuing it. You most likely won't get a lot of replies.

Is there still a better place for me to post this thread, though? After all, even 1-3 additional replies here would be nice. :)

Also, though, is the main reason that many trans-men aren't interested in bottom surgery the fact that it is very logistically difficult (even for an extremely qualified doctor) to do a good job with it?
