I am just looking at bottom surgery just in case I decide to go further than top surgery with my transition. I know the guy I always seen myself as but I currently don't feel a need to go past top surgery. However, I want to at least have somewhat of an idea of the options for bottom surgery just in case.

I still don't know what donor site I would probably use (ruling out the arm because of my sleeve I am working on) but I've been looking at the non-inflatable implant and I like that one more than the rest but I read that they are semi erect so that worries me. So does anyone know where I can find pictures of guys with this? I just want to know how it looks in pants. I wouldn't want to look like I'm pitching a tent all the time.

I know it's probably weird to even be looking up on this stuff when I might not even transition that far but I know what top surgery and T can do for me but I know nothing on bottom surgery and I know if I start T and look more like a man I will not want to have to use packers and toys. I would want it to be apart of me for real. So I want to know what could be. T doesn't really appeal to me but bottom surgery may change my mind

They're semi-rigid, not semi-erect.

I can't think of any pics of it that are online, but I have a friend who recorded a video of his after it was implanted. Doesn't look like a boner in the pants. It's malleable, so you can bend it into whatever position works best for whatever you're wearing that day. And they're pretty sturdy once they're bent into a position as well, so there's no worry about it moving on you. In the video, my friend straightened his out and then jumped up and down for about a minute. Still in the same position at the end.

Thanks! That's really good to know! I didn't even think about movement. I was just concerned about if it would look like a boner all the time so thanks for that information. It's definitely something worth considering. Is your friends video on YouTube or something?

Ah okay well thanks for the info! It definitely helped out. I may be able to find something now that I know I've been calling it the wrong thing lol
