So from what everyone has told me. My endocrinologist clearly does not know what he is talking about. Does anyone know if there is an endocrinologist that I can see through the internet?

If you get your blood tested at a lab, see if they have an online portal where you can get your results. If not, ask your doctor for them. We are mainly interested in Testosterone, Total Estrogen and Estradiol. If your doctor has those numbers in the proper range then you should stick with him. If not, you will have to go looking for somebody else in your state as often prescriptions can't be written across state lines.

That may be all you look at Dena, but a skilled endo will also be looking at other things such as FSH/LSH, SHBG and, depending on AA used, also a Liver Panel..

I look at the other things on the reports as well but other than Alkaline Phosphatase which for no reason has always been low, my tests always come back with great numbers. As the OP was concerned about feminization, the numbers we want to look at to see if the Endo knows his stuff are the hormone levels. If hormones levels are reasonable, the Endo may be saying strange stuff but at least the care level is up to standards. Should we find very low numbers, it's time to go shopping for another doctor.

You may not have seen it but the OP had another thread running where she was concerned because her doctor said there would be no facial feminization from HRT. HRT may not make us attractive and in some case, may not fully feminize us but HRT should bring some facial changes to all of us. That is the reason this thread was started.

The things I mentioned (apart from the Liver Panel) are things that can effect feminisation. I guess having studied endocrinology at a med school level gives me a different perspective..
