Thank you Sophia Sage, Rhonda Lynn, Ellement_of_Freedom, Debra, and MeghanMe for your wonderful compliments!  Needless to say, I'm absolutely thrilled with the results myself.  You can't tell from the frontal shot, but my protruding brow bone is gone too, which improves my look from profile as well.

Regarding Ok2BHuman's earlier question about pricing - that's not something I feel comfortable sharing on a public forum.  But I will say that the price was very reasonable and significantly lower than other FFS surgeons in the USA.  If you're considering FFS, I recommend getting a consultation with Dr. Zukowski.  His consultations are free!  And you'll get a quote as a result of the consultation, so you can see his pricing for yourself.

You definitely passed before FFS but with FFS your features have become more feminine, specially the area around the eyes!

Hi, I had surgery with Zukowski a little while ago as well.  My swelling seems to be coming down, but slowly.  How is your forehead swelling coming and how much is he telling you to massage your forehead after one month post op?

marie, yes that is my natural hair in the "After FFS" pictures.  I didn't fully accept myself as trans until March of this year, so I haven't had much time to grow out my hair, lol.  But I haven't worn a wig since my FFS.  My confidence in my appearance has gone up quite a bit since my surgery.

sination, I don't appear to have much swelling in my forehead anymore.  In fact a lot of it was gone after about a week or so.  Most of my swelling has been in my neck, not my forehead.  I still do massages twice daily though.  It doesn't take much time, and if it can speed up recovery and result in a better appearance, I'm all for it!

Emily you look great and I would think you would all that surgery a huge success. It must be such a relief to be looking so goo!!
