I'm curious as to whether one of those home devices can get past customs or whether the government would seize it, as it produces lasers and it sounds like the sort of thing the government would go crazy over.

I think if you go to the local Big W or I have definitely seen them at a "Shaver Shop" franchise they will be able to sell you one on the spot...no import needed from memory about $400
