I really want tits etc., but I also want my two cups of morning coffee and my cup of afternoon tea.  Is this possible?

I should certainly hope so.... I take hormones and drink lots of coffee, but my boobs, waist, thighs and skin are developing nicely. I heard of gree tea lowering your estrogen levels as far as 13 %.

Coffee seems to depend on the way it was prepared. It also matters how the coffee was roasted, the kind of bean that was used (Robusta = bad, Arabica = good) and whether it was boiled or filtered. Anyway, coffee does contain phyto estrogens, but some of those actually inhibit estrogen receptors.

I'm 8 months in and I'm drinking at least 4 espressos a day. No issues whatsoever.

I have been an addict for 40+ years and still carry a 38C rack. What's the problem?

Oh, fer...

Yes, definitely possible.  After 5 months on spiro, 4 months on wimpy patches, 2 cups caffeine juice and maybe 4 cups of decaf a day, I'm well into filling my 34B.  I think I look pretty well balanced.  (36-29-36, 136 lbs, 5' 8")  I need to shrink my waist another inch or two, but that's not a caffeine issue.  Oh, and I also drink green tea with ginger...

Yes. How many cups you have has no impact on what cup size you get.

I can't drink any coffee anymore, makes me too jittery. Was a heavy coffee drinker before hormones.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

I've never heard of any effect on the bosoms, but as a mature person who has never become addicted to caffine I've noticed some other things. Regular coffee drinkers seem to be more likely to have mood swings and difficulty with sleeping than me. I'm quite level headed and relaxed basically all the time and I can sleep as soon as I hit the pillow.

I long ago decided to make a point of only swallowing things that are in some way nutritional, not recreational or to support addiction. This  has worked well for me.

I was worried about coffee because it is a stimulant. While on HRT, smoking, also a stimulant, causes blood clots. Not sure if there is a correlation between that or if the formation of blood clots has to do with something else.

If caffeine is related to small boobs then I am always going to be flat chested...I have no other vice apart from coffee...and they will never take that away from me!!!!(imagine Braveheart)
