That must be difficult. I have severe dyslexia, as well as being partial trans, and show some mild symptoms of autism.
Things that help my own symptoms might help you if you want to try any of them.
Taking taking long walks outside daily,
eating small amounts of fish in the morning,
avoiding as much processed food, sweetened food, and red meat that you can,
eating only whole, organic food (I used to buy food in bulk from food coops and grow some of my food as well)
