Hi
Will be getting my referral letter to start HRT soon.  My main goal is to develop more feminine features (breast, hips and what ever else develops) and not having SRS (at least not in the near future).
What I want to know is after I take the estrogen and anti androgen's for 3 to 6 months and stop the estrogen and only take the anti androgen's will any development I made remain.

any information and advice will be appreciated
thanks

Yes, some of the changes will stay because if you stay on blockers, the T wont reverse changes and some development are permanent with HRT. You however will loose some just like a menopausal woman and its not healthy to be low on T and low on E.

Also 3 month is nothing, its possible that you dont even see any visible changes. All changes before 6 months are reversible according to some research.

Most of the changes will not go away but without either estrogens or testosterone your body will go into menopause and you'll risk osteoporosis and possibly other effects, like hot flushes and a decreased libido.

Edit: also, 3 to 6 months is very little time to see all the effects of HRT. You'll need a couple of years or so.

Development can start quickly, but takes time. It can still certainly take place after 6 months..I don't know if you've taken that into consideration.

My cheeks and face filled out somewhere between month 12-24. I noticed additional hip/butt growth(or redistribution rather) later on too. My breasts became much rounder and fuller after about a year. Then after about 1.5 years total they developed closer to Tanner stage 5.

I know I didn't really address the question, but thought I might give additional info. The others seem to have covered your question pretty well.

Cori,

Welcome to the site.

I agree with many of the posts that already showed up. This is something to do with a doctor's advice. They can give you a good idea of the progress you can expect.

I also want to share some links with you. They are mostly welcome information and the rules that govern the site. If you have not had a chance to look through them, please take a moment to:

People routinely go nuts and off themselves with no sex hormone, not to mention your bones will end up soft and brittle as chalk.  You must have one or the other.   Its not optional.
