I had GRS end of august.  I am seeing white patches of skin in my vagina, and dilation seems to be getting harder i think there is a connection as i think the white patches are swollen and causing friction, thoughts?

also i have concerns over discharge, its still going on and i have to wear a pad 24/7, is this normal?

You are at 3 months and it's time for a doctor to take a look and check the healing. The discharge could be normal or it could be a sign that you are not properly healing but without seeing the source it's not possible to tell. Depending on the doctor you used, you may have more difficulty dilating and have to do more just to maintain the vagina. If you can't get a referral from your regular doctor for a gynecologist, you need to look for a gynecologist who is a surgeon. That type of doctor has experience dealing with much the same type of surgery on CIS women.
