I have a question: I have done rhino, and right now I can't really talk because of jaw/chin work. However, before FFS, I feminized my voice by doing resonance techniques through the nose. (letting the nasal letter M & N resonate/ring through the nose) Since my nose is still packed, I can't do that anymore. Without good nasal resonance my voice sounds male again... so right now, I can only go halfway.

Will something change after rhino? or is it because I am still stuffed and packed with this splint?

What is your experience?

I took trans voice lessons from a professional voice instructor.  One of the first things she noticed was that I was trying to create resonance through my nose.  She told me to stop doing that.  She instead taught me to use the resonance chambers in my head, above my nose.  And that worked well for me.  And I think it created a better sounding voice too.

If you used your nose for resonance, then you may need to re-learn how to feminize your voice.  The airways through your nose are almost certainly shaped differently now, not to mention the exterior form of your nose.  That will fundamentally affect your resonance.  Personally, I've noticed that breathing through my nose feels different compared to how it was before my own rhinoplasty.

You may want to consider looking for a voice instructor?  But maybe you'll be fine too, given enough time.  Maybe it's too early to say.  I don't really know anyone personally who used their nose as a resonance chamber.  Either way, there are solutions to your problem so I wouldn't worry.

I have no idea... to find my voice I used a technique of creating muscular tension around the larynx (some describe it as "raising" the larynx in the throat), effectively raising the pitch and changing the timbre of every sound coming out of my mouth. 

In my experience, nasal passages have nothing to do with it.  After all, when a woman gets a head cold doesn't mean she suddenly sounds like a man, she sounds like a woman with a head cold.

Yes I have a professional voice coach.

The nasals M and N were only used for exercises. Placing attention/resonance to these nasals prevented my voice from dropping to the chest. So it's wasn't used in normal talk consciously, just a reminder I must stay out of the chest.
