I have been living in Thailand since 2010, so may not be as affected by the Trump win as many others living in the USA.

Moving to Canada can be a legal hassle, and Massachusetts is closer, but has many Canada advantages.

1. They have had universal health care since 2006, plan to keep it.

2. They have had marriage equality since 2004

3. They just legalized recreational marijuana

4. They have a popular, moderate governor

5. All statewide offices are held by Democrats, as well as both the state House and Senate

6. Boston is there! I always love to visit the New England Aquarium when there.

7. Many world-class universities and hospitals

8. Unemployment was 3.6% in Sept.

9. Many new tech and biotech startups
