i tried it no results ...too technical for me I am not musically inclined... I tried the dvd finding your female voice too, same same no effect.... The older cd from Melanie Ann Philiips is easier to understand basic ....and the you tube videos from different girls were helpful too... I am more visual and tactile ,I think I am what you call in music tone deaf ...so I researched and read a lot of stuff about tongue and jaw placement when speaking and that gave me results after then My voice never gets clocked even on the phone but it is a conscious effort,I still slip sometimes and I forget when I get so engrossed in a discussion hence the voice surgery with Dr. Haben.... Still recovering but seems promising, the explosiveness and resonance is gone and the pitch is higher.....I researched and researched and kept notes and analyzed and put them together what helped me is keep in mind to place your tongue forward and up towards your palate and touching your molars when you speak like when you say "keeeeeys"..... Eeeeeeee....lips smiling position and jaw a little forward.... The smaller and tighter the space/cavity the higher the pitch and the lesser the resonance.... Hope that heps a little 🙂 goodluck!
