Hi all

I'm confused  i want your advice

For years i was looking for the best choice for srs i have small penis less than 12 cm that why my choices is limited.

With pai i promised good sensation but short depth around 12 cm the same with dr kamol ( they both use scrotal skin graft )

With dr chettawut i was promised good depth around 6 to 7 inch with good sensation but he do his surgery in his clinic and he cannot  guarantee this depth of he found during his operation scars
I read many of his patients who he found out scars in them during the surgery they end up with less depth around 11 cm :(

* Sorry for my English *

Anyway i noticed while ago olmec in india the results seems good and the price too but my concern is the sensation :(
I dont know if the sensation of the srs vagina with olmec with be in the same sensation as dr chettawut for example

I really need help girls :( :(

If you are into men, and you have small penis, you must look into either non-penile inversion (Suporn and Chettawut and few other Thai surgens) or colon vaginoplasty. With colon option, most surgeons do vaginoplasty with sigmoid colon segment, which is an overall a terrible choice and unnecessary, as ileum and jejunal small intestine graftsare a lot more appropriate and surgery is less invasive, less short and long term problems than with sigmoid colon, and you dont have to even have a abdominal scar like with sigmoid colon...

If you are into men,... 12 cm is literally nothing. Especially if that 12cm is measured in a position that you dilate in (legs straight), that means you actually have 10cm or 9cm in actual sex positions with bent legs... thats literally nothing...

My choices were PAI vs olmec and I'm going to olmec.
Only to give out more reviews on it. Chet was never a serious contender for me. Suporn (since his name was mentioned even tho nobody mentioned him ) ? One might as well stay in the states or Canada with his prices

Yes im into men and as i expect 12 cm is nothing :(
The problem is with colon srs im afraid of the smell and the liquid that may comes out
Other than that dr chettawut do g spot inside the vagina wall idk if olmec do the same thing

I want to have vaginal orgasm :(

Can girls who do colon srs have vaginal orgasm or not ?

Thankss <3

... it depends on your pelvic anatomy and where your surgeon manages to place vaginal entrance, and under what angle is vaginal wall. Its possible you will have easy stimulation of "g-spot" area, and its possible you will have little to none. Whether you have vaginal wall made from colon segment, or skin flaps/grafts, doesnt make a difference. Choosing a surgeon who is aware of how important IS this, is what makes the difference. But even then, its possible your anatomy won't allow the ideal angle of vagina....

From a personal friend that had it (who btw is a model ) says hers don't stink .... but I hear you have to douche frequently since well one no sex change has a natural cleaning thing going on (don't let the urban legend myth tellers tell you otherwise ) ....
and I remember a girl that had the surgery with PAI I believe who use to post here saying something bout they can cut off something so that one does not get super lubed up like that ... I emailed PAI and they never heard of such a thing and neither has any doc that does this version of surgery. So one has to beware of the "experts " around here and I think her name was "I love silicone" on here

Well most claim they can orgasm (including the one I speak to who is so damn stealth ... I would give her name but don't want her to hate me ) ... to me an orgasm I don't need I don't like orgasms (never had one while awake either )

Technically, they could cut off few inches of vagina, and reduce the secretion production... Shorter vagina produces less "lube" than longer vagina. But I dont think your friend had this in mind :)

Oh ok that probably what she meant here ... she said something bout a nerve or something. I will try to find it ... but if it's cutting back on the vagina depth than why even get the colon thing done ?!?! Hhhmmmm I will just keep the extra lube making [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

People get it often as revision surgery, after they ended up having 4 inch vagina after penile inversion, or some couldnt keep up with dilation after non-penile inversion and they failed to maintain depth. I think Dr Djordjevic usually takes 8-11 cm long sigmond segment for vaginal flap, exactly to avoid excess mucus (and chances for vaginal prolapse).

I personally wouldnt get sigmoid colon... but I was seriously thinking about jejunal (small intestine) graft vaginoplasty, before I had my surgery. It doesnt have some drawbacks of sigmoid colon, less secretion being one of most important ones, so that means you can have better depth without the excess lube production. Also there isnt smell issue.. and its less invasive and less risky procedure.

Jejunal I only heard of South American docs doing that ...

mmm?[emoji848] interesting! I had a surgery very similar to Chettawut and I no problems with orgasms even multiples , woohoo! lol  Most GCS surgeons use the nerves from the glans and place it in the right place (making the clitoris) so I find its the same sensation as before but its more internal, instead of ejaculation those reflexes make me flex inside , making bear down on orgasm but everyone is different , some that have had the same kind of procedure have had sensation issues or nothing at all, so its hard to say, theres no guarantee! btw any woman that doesn't have a good vaginal flora will get issues like smell and this can lead to infections! good bacteria is like fresh like yogurt and bad bacteria will cause odours that has that fishy smell! I dont know much about the colon surgery to say anything other than the mucosa its secretes seems to be the drawback!
