Ok ladies,

So once I start HRT will my feet shrink at all. Otherwise, I'm going to be stuck with some very big feet. 😔

I've hear a few people say they shrank a little, but I've not had that experience. Personally, I don't know how they would shrink, considering there are fully developed bones in them.

That's unfortunate, I would have liked to have gotten down to a 10/10.5 in ladies. As opposed to the 12 I'm most likely going to be.

  have read that the mass can get smaller (muscle and possibly cartilage) however i have no experience with this yet 

The rule of thumb is the more masculine you are, the more you stand to gain. So yeah typically if you have really big feet they shrink. My feet have always been kidna large for my height, it runs in the family. I used to wear size 14 US in men's. Now I'm down to 11.5. My height kinda decreased too so my feet still look big for my height. Unfortunately this isn't nearly small enough because I need at least a 14 US women's now and my mom can't even get 11s -____-

My mom said to just shop online and sellers will have them there.

Payless has shoes up to women's 13 at our local store. Not a huge variety at that size, but I had no trouble finding 11s for my feet.  And my wife found me some size 11 heels in a second-hand store.  Of course, I had to have them. 

There's lots online.  If you can find something, anything, locally to check your size, then ordering online is less problematic.  Most online stores have good return policies.  I ordered winter boots online.

Look at Nine West.  They tend to have them online and in the outlet stores.  I went in to a Nine West recently and they were quite nice in helping me.  I had not started ANYTHING yet and they didn't bat an eye.  Very professional, at least in Bolingbrook Illinois.

I haven't noticed this happen for me. My feet are about a 12W or a 13 in Women's shoes. Though, if I go in men's, I could usually get an 11W or a 12 without much problems.
Shoe shopping is mostly a pain for me, so what I usually do is just get a nice pair of neutral looking sneakers from men's.
I am tall for a woman at an even 6', so heels are just something I don't do. Though I have gotten some nice flats and some feminine sandals at Payless.
I am sure there is something out there for you. Even if you just get one pair of heels or some flats for a special occassion. I think most women who wear heels all the time just end up getting back problems and that sort of thing which is also another reason I just don't bother with heels!
My thoughts are that as long as you're practicing things like having a feminine walk, mannerisms, and just an overall feminine essence, the shoes you wear or your foot size shouldn't be a big deal in regards to passing as a female.

Be nice if I can drop down a size.  Currently fit the 13W at Payless but noticed that even just down one size to the 12s the selection is tons better.   On line I think you can get many more styles in size 13. 

I'd like to think that my feet have shrunk 1/2 a size, but I think it's more of me just wanting it to happen. I was skinny before transition so I didn't have much body fat to loose. I think if you lost lots of weight, then maybe your size could shrink since your feet may lose fat? Just a guess.

I'm not in hrt but my foot shrunk when I lost 35 lbs. Been wearing a 13 for yrs and now a 12w fits perfect. I'm weird I wear the same size in womens shoes also.

my size shrink from 40-41 to 38 EU

Since starting to transition, (one year in gradually increasing dosages), I can confirm that my shoe size shrunk from a men's 12 to a women's 13. I can't confirm whether or not it was the HRT or the fact that i have lost 70 lbs!
