"As I have become an organizer, I became aware of where transgender were in the LGBT community. I was sorely disappointed to learn that often the T was left off LGBT," said Cheryl Courtney-Evans, co-founder of Trans Individuals Living Their Truth, or TILTT. "Many transgender, especially male to female, feel the only way they can earn an income is by sex trade. We have to change this."
