So about a month ago I took the plunge and finally went out in public! Haven't seen anyone post photos in this sub forum for a while so thought I'd throw a few up. First time in my life I felt like I actually pass! :)

I had to go back and review your posting history just to make sure you weren't a CIS woman attempting to kid us. You are there and you pass well.

lol thank you! Crossdressing is helping in the meantime while I wait to get through red tape, weight loss and paying off debts.Recently started seeing a psych again so hoping to finally get on HRT in 2017.  Four years later than when I first attempted to go down this path but yah :)

You look great in those pictures.  If that is really you, you should be able to pass anywhere.

I wish I could go back decades and have such beautiful skin as yours.
Starting HRT at age 64, I know will never be a bombshell beauty that you are in these pictures.
We all just want to be on the outside something closely resembling our gender image on the inside.
Again, WOW. You are gorgeous.

But, are you kidding?
I go out in public all the time as a dumpy frumpy 64 year old soon to be woman.
I find that if I smile at those I meet, 99% of the time I get a bigger smile in return. Regardless of whether or not I present as female. No, actually, mostly when I present as female. People just cannot resist a self assured smile.

Ditto!  Well, age 63, but yeah.  I'm walking around out there in town for a couple hours every day, trying to get my 10,000 steps in, smiling at people, and hardly ever getting a funny reaction.

My personal transition path included medical changes.  The path others take may require no medical intervention, or different care.  We each find our own path. I provide these dates for the curious.

I don't have a gender issue.
I love being a girl.

Always been petrified! Though I have to admit it was exhilarating and very liberating finally heading out doors!

I think my "guy smile" could be considered cute but definitely looks tragic when dolled up. Though I will try to take the smiling advice on board :)

First time in public for Halloween? And you looked like THAT ? You B**ch, I hate you!  ;D

Now last year, MY first time in public was Halloween - and I was one of the scariest things out there.

If I looked like you, I would be confident going out on Halloweens. Or Tuesdays, etc....
