Only time will tell. Generally speaking, if you last it within the last 4 to 5 years you have a good chance of getting it back. I would suggest checking into Finasteride, or Durtraside. They're commonly used prescription drugs that will arrest your receding hairline until you start with hormones. They're not exactly cheap, but they do help quite a bit. It will require patience it's a slow process.
