Hey everyone! (MTF 23yo here)

I haven't found many people who have reviewed PAI or talked about them. I just have read their website and their surgery looks exactly what I want - therefore, I wanted to ask what are the cons about their surgery. I'm looking for a very deep vagina (and I saw someone who had a bf who was 10 inches+ / doctor said about 12 inches vagina [EDIT] -> I know this is really big, I'm looking for around 7-8 inches ) - which is why I'm favoring PAI over others right now.

I'm also accepting other surgeon suggestions. Thanks.

I hope your day is going well I haven't had my SRS yet, but I will be next week at PAI.  So, I can't comment about the experience of having the procedure yet, but I can say that the service and consulting from them has been amazing.  There are a couple of threads out there about PAI, you might have to do a search or go back a little in the forum, but from what I remember I think they were all positive experiences.  I haven't really found any negative reviews about them, and all of the ones I've seen have good things to say about them.  They seem to be pretty consistent with their work and their facilities for recovery at the hospital are two reasons I chose PAI, among other factors.  In terms of depth, I believe it ultimately depends on how much material you have to begin with.  For most, they use the penile skin inversion/ and or scrotal graft, and obtain the standard 5-6 inches of depth.  They also offer the sigmoid colon, but from my understanding they usually perform it in cases where someone is unsatisfied with the depth they received from a previous procedure or there wasn't enough material to perform the penile inversion.  I think on their website they state that if you want more depth like over 8inches or so, you would have to get the sigmoid colon.  Which is something to think about too. Anyways, I hope this was some help I hope to start a thread about my experience at PAI soon, so once I start it I'll try to keep it updated.

There is a limit to the amount of room in the body cavity where the vagina is placed. This limits not only the size of our vagina but the size of a CIS vagina. In addition, 2-3 inches of length can be lost just making it to the vagina so bottoming out might not occur even with 8 inches of length.

Something else to consider, is that a gentleman who is taking the woman's feelings into consideration will limit the penetration to something the woman is comfortable with. A male doesn't require full penetration in order to enjoy himself so taking the woman into consideration shouldn't affect either persons enjoyment.
