Hi everyone,

This is a funny question but how long was it before your nipples started to stand out? I have gynecomastia and I started HRT abou 7 weeks ago or so and I have noticed breast development in terms of they look like thier pretty large but my nipples are only erect sometimes... they hurt like hell when you touch them but the are not perky all the time like I would like them to be. So my question still stands, when did you experience perkyness?

Thanks everyone,
Krista

I've been there.  My nipples were hard after one month on HRT.  They really grew at about 9 months and now, after five years on HRT, they are large and always hard, but no pain or soreness.

Prolly a few weeks in they became VERY sensitive, lol. The next month they started standing out more. No pain, but a lil bit of soreness for the first couple of months. Now im on month 8 and they aren't sore anymore but growing on and off in spurts. Oh and they are still very sensitive but that's a good thing! ;)
