Has anyone had it from them? If so were you pleased with the results?

I just had a consultation from him yesterday at Oakland. He was nice but I think Im gonna need to research more. Although according to him, their program just started last May and they have 10 operation done so far. Or I guess at least him. I thought I did not ask a lot of questions because the lack of data from them might make my questions defensive. He said that the operation could be done 7 months - 1 year from now because of their backlog. Also, I just noticed in this email that he called me Mr?

I'm sorry to hear that one of them misgendered you. That's surprising given the nature of their profession...

Both of them are relatively new and haven't done much work. It's really scary because they're all kaiser will cover.
