Your Age

I'm a little curious. What age did you ladies start HRT and how old are you now? Sometimes a feel a little sad about starting at 22 then stopping after only a few months then waiting until 26 to start again. Feels like so much wasted time. Any who, what about you?

Not a lady. But I started at 25 HRT and am 27 now.

I should have started at 12 but waited another 32 years. Well at least I'm got two puberty's to enjoy. The second one is much more fun than the first, though.

First attempt at 54, stopped for 3 months and literally had a breakdown so started again a month ago.

Started HRT at 64, ffs, srs and ba at 67. Now, 68, loving life and living in Bangkok

Started at age 43 and now 46. Monday 12/12 will be my 3 year anniversary on HRT. Life had been awesome and my transition has been incredibly smooth. Only thing left is bottom surgery which will be sometime next fall.

On/off again since 18. Now turning 61.

Still in good health and working. Don't drink or do drugs look/feel like an older 'soccer mom' of 40

Started at 57 now 63. I am unrecognisable from him, never mis gendered and have not had FFS.

Voice box is destroyed from cancer so I can only talk in a husky voice, no one cares and no one makes any comment.

I am extremely confident and outgoing (he wasn't) people seem to like me.

As every day of life is now very dear to me I smile all the time with the joy of living. People respond so nicely to a woman who is happy and smiling!

I am 62 now, and I'll be starting HRT next month, still at 62.

I'd have started at 12 if I had the option. Once I did have the option, I'd tell myself that male puberty had already done it's damage and it was too late.

I finally started HRT early this year, when I was 38. I'm 39 now and I'm so glad I did--it was life saving.
