Just wondering because I have heard there could be major complications. My testicles have shrank and that was to be expected. But now, only after close to 4 months on HRT they do not ever come out at all. I do have an email in to my doctor but was just wondering others opinions and experiences.

Based on what I read here there seems to be only a minor risk. I would still see a doctor to confirm. http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/retractile-testicle/basics/symptoms/con-20024856

Mine have retracted as well and my HRT doctor checks them at least once a year. The last time she had a hard time finding them and I had to help pop them out. She said there was nothing to worry about and it just happens with some trans women. Mine were small to begin with anyway, but HRT shrank them down to nothing.

My very thought.  "And... this is a problem how?!??"

Mine shrunk nicely and now tuck away very easily and comfortably.  All the tissue needed in the future still appears to be present.

My personal transition path included medical changes.  The path others take may require no medical intervention, or different care.  We each find our own path. I provide these dates for the curious.

I've been on hormones for 7 months and mine haven't shrunken at all.
