If you work the minor gluets on the sides of the hip it's suppos d to add some hip shape by building up those muscles. I remember seeing a modified lunge on a YouTube video that focused on those muscles.

You can work those muscles by lying on your side and do leg lifts, then switch sides. That will work those side hip muscles specifically.

If you ever decide to go with autologous fat transfer, the more underlying muscle tissue you have in your target areas the better, as this is what the transferred fat cells need to attach in order to establish a blood supply and actually survive.
What you look forward to has already come, but you do not recognize it.

try squat variations (plie squats, bodyweight wide stance, goblet squats, prisoner squats, best to always go with a wide stance to target more glute muscle and less quads)

and mix up the lunges, forward/ reverse/ curtsy <-- this ones especially

I'd add some plank exercises as well to tighten up the transverse abdominals... they work like a built in corset to tighten and strengthen the core without adding bulk to the midsection which makes the hips/glutes look bigger.

hope this helps.

according to me, the exercise will not help you to have bigger hips, I explain why.

First, feminine hips and buttocks have a lot of fat, which has a completely different consistency than muscle. Certainly naoglądaliście the videos where it shows exercise, have great buttocks, small waist and big breasts. The normal way this can not be achieved, in the sense without implants. Why? just look at women exercising professionally, in the sense of weight lifting, running, where the muscles are really powerful, and asses flatter. You can minimally stressed exercises shapes
