Megan.

OK, so I'm still pre-HRT for now, but out of curiosity I got a DEXA scan with BodyScanUK in London yesterday, to help me understand my current muscle/fat ratios and distribution, apparently I was not their first Trans* customer.  I won't bore you with the numbers, generally healthy with a good bone density, could stand to loose another 10lbs of body fat ideally, and I currently have a typically male muscle/fat distribution and ratios. I hope to make this an annual event, to help me understand the effects and changes HRT may/will have on my physiology. I'm 178cm tall, 76kg and a BMI of 24. Some amusing images below that show me in all my current splendor (or not), enjoy!

Mmm

Probably bipedal Homo.

Based on the only previous examples I have seen the species is highly probable to be Sapien.

Looks healthy, no evidence on low scan of bone damage. I require HR on joints if it is a concern.

Client looks way too relaxed. Where did you say she pushed her vibrator to lose it?

In future tell her to superglue a piece of string to it.

Cindy, I'm shocked, I'm a good girl  ;). No embarrassing trips to A&E to remove foreign objects yet...

Kelly, Lovely!!

I do think one thing MtF ignore is bone density scans and the fact that once you are on HRT you need to examine calcium levels.

I am very aware how how a broken pelvis, hip, upper leg, shoulder can ruin your life. In HRT assigned females it is as you state even more critical.

Lovely post!

Even if I enjoyed my joke.
