I should be starting HRT in a few months. Sooner, I hope. Because of my age I don't know what to expect, would I even go through all the stages? I'm at the first state though because I was desperate and did it without a doctor for a few weeks. I have sensitivity and a slight nub, but nothing further. I must say that you shouldn't follow my actions, very dangerous. Do not do it. So what should I expect???

Aubree, I'm sure you are going to hear from a lot of older girls that while age might play a role meaning that a 16 year old is most likely to experience better feminization than a 75 year old it's more related to your genes. How old are you?
My mom has very tiny breasts and I started at 44 so I wasn't expecting tio much but I'm quite pleased with what I've seen surround my first 9 months. I'm close to a B cup and they are now seem to round up nicely. As far as I remember my mom isn't much bigger plus I have the advantage to not have hanging hoses with 50... Lol

In short, it's never too late to start.

Hugs
Jessica

I'm 16. And breast size varies highly throughout my entire family... My moms sister has D but my mom is AA, my dads sisters are B and C's, and my sister is B... I have yet to see any consistency

All the women in my family have big breasts so I was actually kind of scared about getting big breasts when I was pre-HRT.  I actually used to research susans and the internet for ways to hide breasts.   After 7 mos. on HRT I now have B cup boobs.  My fear about having boobs did a 180 to the point now where now I just want to show them off (under my blouse of course). I still am pretty shy about showing skin at my age tho.   I'm their biggest cheerleader now.  Go boobs!  It's exciting for me to think that they will probably keep growing for the next year and a half!  I started with injectable estrogen and during the drought I was forced to switch to pills.  I have noticed a lot better results with injections.

I want nothing higher than B because of my body type. I have a 31 inch chest, so everything looks big on me.

All the women in my family have large breasts, at least C. I have AA at 12 yrs post-HRT. I started relatively young and have been on low and high doses. My feminization, as a whole though, has been quite good. :)
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

On HRT since early 2004
Post-op since late 2005

The women on my moms side of the family are all small breasted. I don't think any of them are bigger than an A cup. I am 53 and on estrogen for just over a month and have already gotten to an AA!

Just curious... If you girls say that you are an A cup do you refer to that based on measurements meaning your bust size is one inch bigger than your band size or do you actually fill an A cup bra completely? For me this is not the same.....

I fill an A but according to measurement tools like Victoria's Secret I'm a B and this is ridiculously false.

Depending on your ribcage it will skew your results. I do corset training and I think that helps majorly in matching closer to standard measuring. The standard bra isn't built for "birdlike" chests so fitting is best done by trying lots on until you find the right style that fits. Calvin Klein has been my favorite so far for everyday use

My favorite doesn't have a label. Found it at a thrift store. It's a front close wireless.  Wish I could find another but, like me, it's a one of a kind.
But I am loving the Hanes Get Cozy bras they sell at Walmart.  They are like sports bras and they are form fitting, but they have extra material in front so the girls aren't pressed in and are more free to move around.
