Burning sensation in right breast.

Yep I used to get really intense pains my first few years. The bittersweetness of breast development

Massaging them helps in moments like that.

Well that's good. I'm not too happy with them being small B cups. Praying for large b cups.

Same here small b cups...YAY for small b cups? but hey I am only 6 months on HRT and only 4 of them have been at full transitional dose so I shouldn't complain...and I am not... impatient maybe

Had burning nips yesterday. I didn't know if it was the cold weather. They seem to be inflamed a couple times a week. For about an hour at a time. Sometimes just a moderate burn and sometimes a raging fire. Oh well. Comes with the territory.

To be fair making milk (lactating) isn't about breast size at all. A woman with any cup size even the smallest can produce milk, its more of a matter of maturity and the right protocols.

the burning I was feeling wasn't under my nipple. It was on the outskirts, but it went away after last night.

Sounds like another form of growth. Itching too. I've had mild burningish sensation around the buds, itchy nipples, and a tender swelling. Good times
