Well I've ridden across San Francisco on Folsom Street fair day wearing my fav short tartan skirt and quite sexy stockings & heels, that was on my ducati Ld touring bike I adore SF for that day and the positive responses from drivers & pedestrians.

That was part of a 6000 mile trip circling most of the US, I've also done a 2500 mile trip to Nova Scotia on my '73 Norton commando and had a brief if unhappy affair with a smaller moto guzzi.

I've owned a panel van, couple of VW's (diesel rabbit was the best 4 wheel vehicle I ever owned) and a Datsun pickup that was my intro to doing my own wrenching. I guess there were a couple of Volvo station wagons also.

That Norton was the best of the lot, still have it but need to find time to fix her busted transmission lay shaft.

Today it's mostly bicycles, cheap and efficient.

Saira I love your Enfield!

Even a HD  ;D

With the average Rice-Rocket it's city, county, state.... provided there isn't any snow
I would sooo love a harley. Can't afford one unfortunately.
Till then, have to make do with my enfield.
Also, I have started saving, hopefully, for future surgeries. Parents have a ->-bleeped-<--load of money, but I don't wanna burden them.
Well, what I am saving right now is their money anyway, so kinda beats the point, LOL.
Hopefully, I'll start earning next year. My internship starts next year. Gonna be a doctor...Yippeeee...
Love ,

3.5 years on HRT... My hobbies are pretty much the same. The only thing that changed is that I don't like meat now.

- I am still in love with the Renault 5 Turbo
- I still think that automatic transmission is for pussies and real m... humans drive with manual.
- I still believe that modern cars look like eggs with wheels and you can't beat designs such as the Lancia Stratos.

For the record, none of these cars happened in my generation and they were already museum pieces, but I miss the good old times. Modern cars don't motivate me to have one. I have my driving license mostly for being the designated non drinking drive or when I need to drive for others.

Nah, it was the family car for longer than it should have been. The car is pretty much a coffin with wheels. I haven't owned a car in my life and I don't drive regularly since I got independent and started living on my own. I live in a place with very efficient public transport and far too many taxes on cars. I had to choose between having a car and saving for srs fast, so... If I ever need transport, i will probably get a pink Vespa. Even if I have been told multiple times to stop abusing the pink as if I was overcompensating.

Almost forgot!! When GTI was gone, considered stolen (later recovered) loved the handling and juice of a
1986 Peugeot 505 turbo

Still have my 2006 Yamaha 250 Virago collecting dust in garage . . . added windshield, rear rack and luggage bags (not saddle). Think accessories cost more than bike!!!

"But it's no use now," thought poor Alice, "to pretend be two people!
"Why, there's hardly enough of me left to make one respectable person!"

I grew up in a car family, my dad and uncle restored horseless carriages (basically pre-1913 automobiles).  I always wished I inherited my dad's Oakland, but that did not happen.  I never actually became a gear head, but my appreciation for these beautiful antique cars has lasted my whole life.  Here is my uncle's 1909 Packard Limousine:

It is a gorgeous car and I think two of my three cousins used this car when they were married.

As for now, I just drive my BMW.

I own 4 vehicles, but my toys are:

2013 SRT Viper GTS

recently sold my 2014 C7 Corvette and 2013 Corvette Grand Sport Convertible

Currently thinking of going with another Aston Martin or Italian (lightly used Ferrari/Lambo, new Maserati, Alfa 4c). Right now I am leaning Italian. If I order something it will be several months before I get my hands on it.

I can't add attachments otherwise I would add a pic of my Viper.
